Campervan Rental Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing NI Camper Hire. We hope you have a safe, enjoyable trip. 

Your safety is our priority, and we aim to be transparent in everything we offer. Please read through our terms and conditions.

Campervans must be dropped off at an agreed time. This allows us to ensure we can clean and prepare the campervan for our next customer. Failure to return at the agreed time will incur a charge as per the hire agreement.

A security deposit of £1000 will be held pending the return of the campervan in the same condition as hired.

To confirm your identity, we need to verify your name and address

• 1 document either a valid full UK passport, or a valid full UK photocard driving licence.

AND

• 2 separate documents: 1 for Proof of name and one the Proof of current address list. (see valid list here)

Please be advised that we recommend you take out adequate travel insurance for your possessions.

Please ensure our campervans are returned clean. The toilet cassette, grey and fresh water are all empty. Failure to do so will incur a fee.

The fuel tank will be full on commencing your trip and should be returned full. Failure to do so will incur a fee for the amount of fuel used and £25 for our time.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in our campervans.

All campervans are fitted with trackers. This is in accordance with our insurance.

Any charges, parking, tolls, etc, will be passed on to you if applicable.

NI Camper Hire has the right to cancel at any time prior to departure if it deems the vehicle or weather conditions do not comply with health and safety regulations.

Should the vehicle be involved in an accident, we must be informed within 2 hours, where possible.

The inventory list will be checked upon the vehicle’s return. Any items missing will be charged.

The vehicle keys are specific for each vehicle, lost or damaged keys will be charged at the current rate.  Lost or damaged GPS Tracker Bluetooth car will be charged at the current rate to replace

Payment must be made four weeks before the travel date. Failure to do so without notification will force the booking to be cancelled without a refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your travel arrangements need to be amended. When availability and timing allow, we will do our best to facilitate your travel arrangements.

Exceptional circumstances will apply.

Late return £40

Interior unclean £50

Waste water unemptied £15

Toilet unemptied £75

Parking and toll fines – The cost of the fine + £25

Fuel unfilled – The cost of filling + £25

We do not accept any responsibility for personal injuries. Persons travelling in this campervan do so at their own risk.
